DePaul's Francisco Valencia
Francisco Valencia, one of DePaul's students, was tragically shot and killed on Halloween at a party. A few days later, two were charged with his murder. Since then, however, I haven't heard anything regarding their sentencing. Has anyone heard anything?

Chicago has the worst crime rate ...........
..in the country. 2009 has been a deadly year...
I feel bad for the students family....its a horrible tradegy
